Why did we decide to accept advertising?
Maintaining our website with regularly updated images, photos and content costs money. We love being able to afford the ability to share our experiences and lifestyle with all of our visitors. Uploading the photos and videos takes considerable bandwidth and usually involves signing up for short-term internet service in various ports or towns. Sometimes it even involves packing up laptops, hard drives and associated gear and taking a dinghy ride into town to upload the website images and content needed to continue delivering the quality product that we do. Additionally, we strive to continually upgrade our photography and computer equipment to deliver better pictures and content.
